Bharat T. Patel President LAP Management, Inc.   As President of LAP Management, Inc., Mr. Patel is actively involved in creating and defining the vision for the company. He oversees the strategic and business plans for the company, with concentration on growth and development.   Mr. Patel established LAP Management, Inc. in March 2000 with the single purchase of one hotel. He continued growth for the company by land development and commercial construction of numerous hotels, incorporating several different Brands. The strong organization and structure of the company allows Mr. Patel to seek new growth and development. His vision and leadership has grown into multi companies where he has diversified his assets. His portfolio also includes TMP Associates, Inc., LAP Petroleum, and LLC and LAP International, Inc.   Prior to the hotel industry, Mr. Patel was the Executive Managing Director of Calison Fibre Private Ltd., a textile industry in India. Under the guidance of Mr. Patel, the company grew to more than 3,000 employees and increased profits over 40 million dollars.
	Ruchit Patel Vice President LAP Management, Inc.   Mr. Ruchit Patel is instrumental to the growth and development of LAP Management, Inc., by overseeing the financial profitability of the company. His responsibilities include new development projects and serving as a liaison for Brand Development teams. He has worked his way up in the industry over the last 7 years, starting as a desk clerk and holding numerous other positions including General Manager. Ruchit’s recent promotion will bring a new generational approach to the business to ensure growth for the future.   Ruchit is currently continuing his education in Business Administration at Old Dominion University, Norfolk, VA
	Jnel L. Duncan Vice President of Sales LAP Management, Inc.   Jnel Duncan is responsible for executing the sales efforts for LAP Management, Inc.  She develops the sales structure for all of the Virginia hotels. Jnel joined the company in August 2008.  She began her hospitality career with Crown American Hotels and held Catering Sales, Sales Manager, and Director of Sales positions.  In 2004, she moved to Hampton Roads with Noble Investment Group as the Director of Sales to open a new property.  Jnel has received awards such as the REVPAR Increase Award and The President's Award from Crown American Hotels as well as Manager of the Year from her property with Noble. Jnel received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Communications from Clarion University of Pennsylvania.
